HBS got started because we saw a need for private care services in the home. Owner Mary Ellen McAndrew as a licensed cosmetologist started with travel beauty care for shut-ins in 1990. During her visits she saw a great need for personal care and many other household duties. Her goal is to help clients stay in the comfort of their home.
